The Sky Homes project is a large, luxury residential complex located in the sought-after Koraytem area. Completed in 2005, this development features a tower that rises 20 floors high and contains a substantial number of 60 apartments. Each residence is very spacious, with apartment areas measuring 600m2. The design is expansive, featuring twin curved towers with continuous horizontal bands of balconies and glass, arranged around a central circular plaza and lush landscaping, creating a resort-like atmosphere.
